Are you passionate about your own wellness, driven to impart mindful insight or eager to inspire through personal experiences?

 

Mindful Niagara is looking for volunteer contributors who want to share insight and inspiration.

Submissions can be anything from how-to guides on your own expert areas of wellness, personal stories about how you’ve found your own peace of mind, or tips and tricks you found helpful in paving the road on your own mindfulness journey.

Are you creative with a desire to make art in any form?

Are you an intellectual wanting to share your knowledge on mindfulness?

Are you an athlete with an inclination for physical health and activity?

Are you a small business owner who has found a calling in your work?

We are looking for submissions from people in any walk of life - any and all insight is encouraged and we more than welcome your unique ideas and thoughts.

We want to build this community with you at the foundation.

 

Mindful Niagara hopes to grow into more than an online resource for wellness; we plan to create a welcoming and inspiring hub for the community.

Submissions may be edited for grammar, punctuation, tone and style before publication.

We encourage the submission of high-quality, original images to accompany any contributions, if available.
